The Executive Committee shall exercise general supervision over the property and affairs of the Council. It shall have the general power to administer the affairs of the Council between business meetings and shall report its actions to the next general meeting. Its actions shall have the approval of the Board at a general business meeting. The President shall serve as chairperson of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee shall be composed of the President (chairperson), the President-elect, Vice President, the immediate Past President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the IRA State Coordinators, the Director Membership Development of GRA and the Executive Director.
The first Executive Committee meeting shall be held in conjunction with Summer Leadership. On the call of the President, the Executive Committee shall be empowered to hold such meetings as it shall deem necessary, and at such times and places as the President determines. A minimum of four Executive Committee meetings per year will be held. Six voting members of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum.
